- PLC/PAC/DCS Controllers Selections – Controller Selection would be decided by the Hardware expert or sometime requested by the customer based on the current system or adjacent system which is exists.
- I/O Card Selections – I/O selection is done by the Hardware designer based on many factors as explained below.
- Third Party Hardware Integrations Support – Third party hardware integration would cost efficient and effective technological solution most of the time. Third party devices would do additional features on top of core feature. The common third-party interfaces are datalogger, tiny HMI, Telematics, offboard/cloud communication,Informative displays and so on.
- Motors and Drives Selection – Motor and Drives selection is one of the major portions in industrial automation. Drive selection is purely based on the Motor. Motor selection is purely based on the load characteristic and load factor.
We are providing the above hardware supports based on the requirements provided by the customer. The Hardware Selection is the primary part of the project which needs to be taken care properly, an improper hardware selection leads to project failures during any level of the project growth. If selected hardware is not meet our requirement, then we need to go for new hardware which adds significant Capital and Engineering cost followed by extending project deliverable time.
